Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility: Beekeeping equipment is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging. Honey products can only be returned if they are damaged, leaking, or tampered with during delivery. Livestock and training services are non-returnable and non-refundable.
     

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, email info@honeyday.in or WhatsApp us at +91 96060 52277 with your Order ID and clear images of the issue. Return approvals are granted after verification within 2 working days.
     

  3. Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment. Partial refunds for B2B or bulk orders are considered on a case-by-case basis.
     

  4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrectly shipped.
     

  5. Exemptions: Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order products, or for bulk corporate/B2B orders that are governed by pre-agreed terms.
