Shipping Policy

  1. Domestic Shipping (India): We currently offer shipping across India through our logistics partners.
     

  2. Shipping Timeline: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Transit delays due to weather, strikes, or courier disruptions may occur; we will notify you in case of any unexpected delay.
     

  3. Shipping Charges: For prepaid orders, standard rates apply and will be displayed at checkout. Bulk and B2B orders are charged based on volume and delivery location — custom shipping quotes are provided on request. Free shipping may be offered as part of occasional promotional campaigns.
     

  4. Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment via our logistics partner's portal.
     

  5. International Shipping (B2B Export): We facilitate international shipping for bulk B2B orders via air or sea freight under standard INCOTERMS.
     

  6. Export Lead Time: International export lead times typically range from 5 to 15 business days depending on product readiness and regulatory approvals.
     

  7. Documentation: We provide all necessary documentation including invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (if required), and relevant FSSAI, ISO, or HACCP certifications (as applicable).
     

  8. Shipping Terms: Shipments can be arranged under CIF, FOB, or Ex-Works terms, as per agreement. Logistics are handled by either our export team or the client’s nominated freight forwarders.
     

  9. Import Duties/Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
     

  10. Order Issues or Damages: If your package is damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing info@honeyday.in and include photographs. We will coordinate a replacement or refund after internal verification.
     

  11. Force Majeure Clause: HoneyDay Bee Farms Pvt Ltd is not responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God, natural disasters, political unrest, or disruptions by shipping carriers beyond our control.
