A light amber honey sourced exclusively from coriander flowers in Rajasthan — when bees forage from a single flower, the honey takes on its character entirely, which is why this one tastes nothing like the blended honey you grew up with. Woody and spicy on the nose, then intensely zesty and citric on the tongue — and it's not for everyone. Rich in vitamin E, and very much its own thing.
