A light amber honey sourced from jamun trees in Mathura — the jamun fruit and its bark are widely used in Ayurvedic medicine, and because single origin bees forage exclusively from one plant, the pollen carries the same properties through to the honey. Sharp berry aroma, sweet and berry-forward on the palate, with a brief tannic finish. High medicinal value, and a flavour that commits entirely to the jamun.
