MUSTARD HONEY (500 g)

An amber honey sourced exclusively from mustard flowers in Rajasthan. Mustard is one of the most widely grown crops in India, and when bees forage from it alone, the result is a honey with a character entirely its own. Resinous and earthy on the nose, it opens warm and full-bodied on the palate, with a dried fruit quality - closer to a prune or a raisin than anything floral or sweet. Loaded with antioxidants and antimicrobial properties, it finishes with a very faint tang that catches you right at the end. One of the most sought-after Indian honeys among exporters.
