An amber honey sourced from sunflower fields in Bijapur, Karnataka — also called golden honey for its bright colour before it oxidises, and one of the few single origin varieties local to Karnataka. Single origin means the bees foraged exclusively from sunflowers, giving it a light floral aroma and a bright, fruity flavour you won't find in blended honey. Bright, straightforward, and genuinely good.
